If ordering a custom design or glass modification, please include print number or reference with our quote number. If ordering Skin Permeation System products, please include Item number and quantity.

For customers in USA:

First time customers, order will ship on a C.O.D. basis. Net 30 billing on approved credit. Check, MasterCard, and Visa accepted.

For International customers:

All international orders are shipped on a pre-paid basis in full in US Dollars. Payment options: bank wire transfer or credit card (Master Card or VISA).

CA Sales’ Tax: 8.75%. If exempt, please provide re-sale number.

All orders are shipped via UPS Ground unless requested otherwise. International orders are shipped UPS Express. LGA must be notified immediately of any damages incurred in transit.

Returns on standard glassware is subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. Please call for return authorization. No returns or exchanges on custom made glassware or quartzware.
